The boutique home also offers common spaces that enhance your stay experience, including a cozy living and dining room, perfect for family gatherings or group relaxation. For those who enjoy cooking, there’s a modern kitchen facilities including dishwasher. Guests have access to a washing machine for extended stays, a spacious terrace ideal for socializing, and a garden with a hammock area for relaxation. There is free parking space.
Yes, we provide a complimentary breakfast, and guests can order lunch and dinner for an additional cost. Our in-house team prepares meals with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We offer a selection of homestyle Nepali and Indian meals as well as some continental options, like pasta and light snacks. To ensure the best dining experience, we kindly request that you place meal orders a few hours in advance.
Yes, Relimai Retreat is located 5 km from various dining and shopping options. Kalimpong offers a selection of restaurants and local eateries within a 20-minute drive. Our host can provide recommendations and even assist with takeout arrangements if desired.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated depending on availability. We recommend contacting us 48 hours in advance to confirm these requests.
We are actively working on making Relimai Retreat pet-friendly to welcome guests with pets. Given the large size of the property, we are currently installing additional fencing to ensure a safe and secure environment for pets. We anticipate being able to accommodate pets in the near future and will update our guests once we’re ready.
We understand that plans can change. Here is our cancellation policy:
- 100% Refund - If cancellation is made 14 days prior to check-in.
- 50% Refund - If cancellation is made 7-13 days prior to check-in.
- No Refund - If cancellation is made within 6 days of check-in.
- Failure to arrive will be treated as a "No Show" and will not qualify for any refund.

Day 2: Start the day with a guided tour of Kalimpong's best spots, including the famed cactus nursery, the peaceful Zang Dhok Palri Monastery on Durpin Hill, and the lively local Haat Bazaar. Return to Relimai Retreat for a hands-on cooking session, where you'll learn to make a traditional recipe with fresh, local ingredients. In the evening, unwind with a personalized mixology class hosted by one of India's top mixologists, Nischal, who will guide you in crafting your own cocktails.
Day 3: Embark on a guided hike through Kalimpong's picturesque trails, passing through charming village settlements and immersing yourself in the local lifestyle. Along the way, visit Deolo Hill, known for its breathtaking views, and the historic Dr. Graham's Homes, where you can explore the sprawling campus and admire its colonial architecture. End your last evening at Relimai with a mesmerizing sunset, and if you're visiting in winter, gather around the cosy fireplace to cap off your stay.
